2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Tracerny for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

3. Free and Paid Services

Tracerny offers both free and paid subscription tiers. The free tier provides 50 Layer 2 scans per month. Paid plans provide access to additional scans and features. By upgrading to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly unless you cancel your subscription.

• Free tier: 50 Layer 2 scans/month
• Pro plan: 2,500 Layer 2 scans/month at $9/month
• Usage limits reset monthly on your subscription date
• Unused scans do not carry over to the next month

4. Billing and Payment

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the stated price plus any applicable taxes. We process payments through Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your billing information.

• Billing occurs automatically on your subscription renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months, except as required by law
• 30-day money-back guarantee available for new subscribers

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Tracerny's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Tracerny makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

While we aim for high detection accuracy, Tracerny does not guarantee that all prompt injection attacks will be detected. Security is an ongoing process, and no system is 100% secure.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Tracerny or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Tracerny, even if Tracerny or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Tracerny could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Tracerny does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Tracerny may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Tracerny has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Tracerny of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
